After careful design and meticulous construction, the LER-4022-LRD 40U 22" Depth Enclosed Stand Alone Floor Rack emerges as a robust and reliable solution for your electronic equipment storage needs. This sturdy rack is constructed from fully welded, certified U.S. steel, boasting a 16-gauge frame and a reinforced 14-gauge base. The strength of this rack is equivalent to that of 11-gauge steel, ensuring it can withstand heavy loads and provide long-lasting durability.The black wrinkle powder epoxy finish not only enhances its aesthetic appeal but also adds to its durability. The rack features beveled edge corners on both the front and rear for added safety. It is equipped with upper and lower vents on the front for efficient heat dissipation, ensuring your equipment stays cool even under heavy operation.This stand-alone floor rack is designed with adjustable rails, allowing for easy installation and customization of equipment placement. The frame nutserts are ready to accommodate an optional surface-mount door, which can be ordered separately and can swing either left or right. The rack also includes removable knockout panels above and below the door, providing easy access for conduit and wireless antennae.The rack's sides are welded and feature vents at the top and bottom for optimal airflow. The open-access bottom includes a threaded grounding stud and threaded T-nuts for optional leg levelers. The rack also features combination knockouts at the top and rear for efficient cable management.The top of the rack is configurable and features a 7U opening with riveted 10-32 threaded rails on 19" E.I.A. spacing. It comes with two black closure panels, which can be replaced with optional 19" panels for added customization. The rack also includes a 6"D rear conduit plane with combination EKOs for conduit and KOs for wireless antennae.The 40U rack rails are fully adjustable and made from 11-gauge steel, providing robust support for your equipment. The rack is compliant with EIA/TIA and RoHS standards and is UL 2416 listed in the U.S.A. and Canada, ensuring it meets the highest safety and performance standards. This durable, space-saving rack is an ideal choice for data centers, server rooms, and other environments where secure and organized storage of electronic equipment is required.
