This sturdy and reliable rack is constructed from fully welded, certified U.S. 16-gauge steel, reinforced at all load-bearing junctions for maximum durability. Its strength is equivalent to 11-gauge steel, ensuring it can withstand heavy loads.

The rack features a sleek black wrinkle powder epoxy finish, adding a professional touch to any setting. Its design includes beveled edge corners on both the front and rear for added safety. The front of the rack boasts upper and lower vents for optimal airflow, ensuring your equipment stays cool.

The frame of this robust floor rack is equipped with nutserts, ready to accommodate an optional surface-mount door, which can be ordered separately. The rear of the rack includes removable knockout panels, providing easy access for conduit and wireless antennae. A removable blank project panel is also included in the frame below the door.

The standard model of this rack includes a recessed door with vents and a key lock for added security. If a rear door is not required, it can be omitted by adding the "LRD" suffix in the model number. The sides of the rack are welded and feature vents at the top and bottom for efficient heat dissipation.

The bottom of the rack includes a 10-32 threaded grounding stud, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for optional leg levelers, and holes for anchor bolts, providing stability and grounding. The rack also features a configurable top with combination knockouts for easy cable management.

The 44U rack rails are fully adjustable, made from 11-gauge steel, and feature bi-directional numbered RU increments for easy installation and organization of your equipment. The rack comes with black pilot point screws with captive washers for quick installation.
