This sturdy, stand-alone floor rack is engineered with adjustable rails, offering a versatile solution for organizing your electronic equipment, including servers, networking devices, and other IT equipment.Constructed from fully welded, certified U.S. steel, this 44U x 32"D floor rack boasts a 16-gauge frame and a 14-gauge base, reinforced at all load-bearing junctions. This robust support and strength are equivalent to 11-gauge steel, ensuring the durability to withstand heavy loads.The rack is finished in a black wrinkle powder epoxy, adding a layer of protection and a sleek aesthetic. The design includes beveled edge corners at the front and rear, enhancing its overall durability. The front features upper and lower vents, promoting airflow to keep your equipment cool.The frame nutserts are prepared to accommodate an optional surface-mount door, which can be ordered separately. The rear of the rack features removable knockout panels above and below the door, with combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2") and KOs for wireless antennae (1/2").The rack's sides are welded with vents at the top and bottom, while the bottom includes a 10-32 threaded grounding stud in the corner, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for optional leg levelers, and holes for anchor bolts. The opening measures 27.88"D x 19.94"W, providing ample space for your equipment.Cable management is made easy with combination knockouts in the top and rear. The configurable top features a 10U opening with riveted 10-32 threaded rails on 19" E.I.A. spacing, and includes two black closure panels (3U, 7U) that can be replaced with optional 19" panels.The rack rails are fully adjustable, made of 11-gauge steel with bi-directional numbered RU increments, allowing for easy installation and organization of equipment. The rack is compliant with EIA/TIA and RoHS, and is UL 2416 Listed in the U.S.A. and Canada, ensuring its quality and safety.
