Lowell Manufacturing LFR-4427 44U 27" Depth Enclosed Stand Alone Floor Rack with Rear Door and 2x Fixed Rails, Black

44U x 27"D 19-inch equipment rack with fixed-position front rails features welded sides and short rear brackets for semi-adjustable placement of accessories in the rear. Fully welded 16-gauge steel with 14-gauge base, reinforced at all load-bearing junctions. Most economical, cost-efficient rack in its class, the LFR provides solid support for 19" electronics with some flexibility in positioning (optional) rear-mounted rails or accessories.

Construction
Fully welded certified U.S. steel, 16-gauge frame with 14-ga. bottom reinforced at load-bearing junctions. Black wrinkle powder epoxy finish. Beveled edge front corners.

Front
Upper and lower vents in frame front. Nutserts are ready to add optional surface-mount door (reversible, left or right swing).

Rear
Removable knockout panels and combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2") in frame above and below rear door. Upper section has KOs for wireless antennae (1/2"). Rack includes recessed rear door (reversible-left or right swing) with vents and key lock.

Sides
Welded side panels with upper and lower vents.

Bottom (open access)
Includes 10-32 threaded grounding stud in corner, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for (optional) leg levelers and holes for anchor bolts (by others). Opening is 19.94"W x 22.88"D.

Configurable Top (with closure panels)
7U top opening features 10-32 threaded rails on 19" E.I.A. spacing. Includes two black solid closure panels (3U, 4U) which can be replaced with optional 19" panels (fan, vent, etc.).

Cable Management
Combination knockouts above and below rear door. Large opening in bottom of rack.

Thermal Management
Vents in top, sides and rear door will accept (optional) single fan kits or rear door fan panel.

Rack Rails - 35U (fixed-position)
One pair of 11- gauge steel 10-32 threaded rails on E.I.A. spacing with bi-directional numbered RU increments (rails mount in either direction). Black finish. Clearance from front rail to outside frame (flush) is 1.75".

Rear Brackets
8"D brackets accommodate semi adjustable positioning of (optional) rear rails or accessories.

Hardware
Black pilot point screws with captive washers for quick installation.
