This sturdy and durable rack is constructed from fully welded, certified U.S. steel, featuring a 16-gauge frame and a reinforced 14-gauge base at all load-bearing junctions. This robust construction ensures superior support and strength, equivalent to 11-gauge steel.

The rack is finished in a black wrinkle powder epoxy, providing a sleek and professional appearance. Its design includes beveled edge corners at the front and rear for added safety, along with upper and lower vents at the front for optimal airflow. The frame nutserts are prepared to accommodate an optional surface-mount door, which can be ordered separately and can swing either left or right.

The rear of the rack features removable knockout panels above and below the door, with combination EKOs for conduit sizes ranging from 1/2" to 1-1/2", and KOs for wireless antennae of 1/2". A removable blank project panel is also included in the frame below the door. The standard model comes with a recessed rear door, equipped with vents and a key lock for secure access.

The rack offers an open access design on the sides and bottom, with a rear vertical array of 2" diameter holes and 4" x 1.5" obround openings along the base for efficient cable routing between racks. The bottom also includes a 10-32 threaded grounding stud in the corner, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for optional leg levelers, and holes for anchor bolts.

The top of the rack is configurable, featuring a 7U opening with riveted 10-32 threaded rails on 19" E.I.A. spacing. It includes two black 19"W closure panels, which can be replaced with optional 19" fan panels. The rack also provides generous wire management space and abundant cable lacing points, ensuring efficient organization and easy access to your equipment.

The rack comes with two pairs of 11-gauge steel 10-32 threaded rails, fully adjustable and marked with bi-directional numbered RU increments. The rack is EIA/TIA compliant, RoHS compliant, and UL 2416 listed in the U.S. and Canada, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
