How do you ensure your electronic equipment is stored securely while maintaining easy access and efficient cable management  The LGR 40U 22" Depth Open Frame Gangable Rack with Rear Door and 2x Adjustable Rails is your solution. This robust and reliable rack is constructed from fully welded, certified U.S. steel, boasting a 16-gauge frame and a 14-gauge base. Its strength is equivalent to 11-gauge steel, reinforced at all load-bearing junctions to provide sturdy support for your valuable equipment.The rack's black wrinkle powder epoxy finish not only adds durability but also a professional aesthetic to any setup. The design features beveled edge corners at the front and rear for added safety and a sleek appearance. The front of the rack includes upper and lower vents to facilitate airflow, ensuring your equipment stays cool during operation.For customization and versatility, the frame nutserts are prepped to accommodate an optional surface-mount door, which can be ordered separately and configured to swing left or right. The rear of the rack includes removable knockout panels above and below the door, with combination EKOs for conduit and KOs for wireless antennas, enhancing its efficient cable management capabilities.The standard model comes with a recessed rear door, complete with vents and a key lock for secure access. If a rear door is not required, simply add the "LRD" suffix to the model number to omit it. The open sides of the rack feature a vertical array of 2" diameter holes and 4" x 1.5" obround openings along the base, allowing for seamless cabling between racks.The bottom of the rack is just as thoughtfully designed, with a 10-32 threaded grounding stud, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for leg levelers, and holes for anchor bolts, providing a stable and secure foundation. The configurable top includes a 7U opening with riveted 10-32 threaded rails and two black closure panels, which can be replaced with optional fan panels for additional cooling.Cable management is made simple with abundant lacing points and nearly 2" of wire management space between the front rails and front-to-rear rail supports. The rack rails themselves are 24U and fully adjustable, made from 11-gauge steel with bi-directional numbered RU increments for easy installation.This gangable rack is not only EIA/TIA compliant but also RoHS compliant and UL 2416 Listed in the U.S. and Canada, ensuring it meets the highest standards for safety and quality. The included black pilot point screws with captive washers allow for quick and hassle-free installation. With its durable construction, versatile design, and efficient cable management, the LGR 40U Rack is an ideal choice for professionals seeking a reliable and scalable storage solution for their electronic equipment.
