The 16-gauge steel frame, coupled with a 14-gauge reinforced base, provides strength equivalent to 11-gauge steel, making it a reliable choice for supporting a large number of servers, routers, switches, and more.The black wrinkle powder epoxy finish not only adds to the rack's durability but also gives it a professional appearance that seamlessly integrates into any server room or data center. The design features beveled edge corners on both the front and rear, enhancing safety and accessibility. The front of the rack includes upper and lower vents for improved airflow, ensuring your equipment stays cool under heavy operation.Customization is at the forefront of this rack's design, with frame nutserts ready to accommodate an optional surface-mount door, available for separate order, that can swing either left or right. The rear of the rack boasts removable knockout panels above and below the door, with combination EKOs for various conduit sizes and KOs for wireless antennae, enhancing its functional versatility.The standard model includes a recessed rear door with vents and a key lock for secure access, while the open sides feature a vertical array of 2" diameter holes and obround openings along the base, facilitating multi-bay cable routing and easy gangability with other racks. The bottom is thoughtfully designed with a 10-32 threaded grounding stud, T-nuts for optional leg levelers, and anchor bolt holes, ensuring a stable and secure installation.The configurable top includes a 7U opening with riveted 10-32 threaded rails on standard 19" E.I.A. spacing, accompanied by two black closure panels that can be replaced with optional fan panels for additional cooling. The rear conduit plane offers further customization for cable management, with additional EKOs and KOs for wireless antennae.Cable management is made simple with abundant lacing points and nearly 2" of wire management space between the front rails and front-to-rear rail supports. The rack rails themselves are fully adjustable, featuring two pairs of 11-gauge steel, 10-32 threaded rails with bi-directional numbered RU increments, allowing for precise equipment alignment.Installation is made quick and easy with black pilot point screws featuring captive washers.
