Let the LGR 40U 32" Depth Open Frame Gangable Rack be your ultimate solution for organizing and storing your electronic equipment. This sturdy and reliable rack is designed with a fully welded 16-gauge steel frame and a 14-gauge base, reinforced at all load-bearing junctions, offering robust support and strength equivalent to 11-gauge steel. The rack's black wrinkle powder epoxy finish not only adds to its aesthetic appeal but also enhances its durability. The beveled edge corners at the front and rear add a touch of sophistication to its design. The front of the rack features upper and lower vents for efficient airflow, ensuring your equipment stays cool.The rack comes with a removable rear door, equipped with vents and a key lock for secure storage. The door can swing either left or right, offering flexibility based on your space requirements. The rack also includes removable knockout panels above and below the door, with combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2") and KOs for wireless antennae (1/2"), providing versatile cable management options.The rack's open access sides feature a rear vertical array of 2" dia. holes and 4" x 1.5" obround openings along the base, facilitating easy cabling between racks. The bottom of the rack includes a 10-32 threaded grounding stud in the corner, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for optional leg levelers, and holes for anchor bolts, ensuring stability and safety.The top of the rack is configurable and features a 10U opening with riveted 10-32 threaded rails on 19" E.I.A. spacing. It includes two black 19"W closure panels (3U, 4U) which can be replaced with optional 19" fan panels for enhanced ventilation. The rack also offers abundant cable lacing points and generous wire management space of nearly 2" between front rails and front-to-rear rail supports.The rack comes with two pairs of 11-gauge steel 10-32 threaded rails on E.I.A. spacing with bi-directional numbered RU increments, allowing for easy and flexible equipment installation. The rack is EIA/TIA compliant, RoHS compliant, and UL 2416 Listed in the U.S. and Canada, ensuring it meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
