Constructed from fully welded, certified U.S. steel, this 16-gauge frame boasts a seamless side frame construction and a 14-gauge base, reinforced at all load-bearing junctions for robust support. The strength of this rack is equivalent to that of 11-gauge steel, ensuring its durability and longevity. It is finished with a black wrinkle powder epoxy for added resilience and a professional aesthetic.

The rack's open frame design allows for easy access to your equipment, while the adjustable rails offer customization of equipment placement. The front of the rack features upper and lower vents for optimal airflow, and beveled edge corners for safety.

For added convenience, the frame nutserts are ready to accommodate an optional surface-mount door, which can be ordered separately. The rear of the rack includes removable knockout panels with combination EKOs for conduit and KOs for wireless antennae. A removable blank project panel is also included in the frame below the door.

The rack's rear vertical array features 2" dia. holes and 4" x 1.5" obround openings along the base for efficient cabling between racks. The bottom of the rack includes a 10-32 threaded grounding stud in the corner, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for optional leg levelers, and holes for anchor bolts, providing a 22.88"D x 19.94"W opening.

The top of the rack is configurable and features a 7U opening with riveted 10-32 threaded rails on 19" E.I.A. spacing. It includes two black 19"W closure panels, which can be replaced with optional 19" fan panels. The rear conduit plane has combination EKOs for conduit and KOs for wireless antennae, plus room to field-punch an opening for 4" dia. conduit.

This rack offers abundant cable lacing points and generous wire management space of nearly 2" between front rails and front-to-rear rail supports. The rack rails are fully adjustable, made of 11-gauge steel, and feature bi-directional numbered RU increments.
