This rack is constructed from fully welded, certified U.S. steel, boasting a 16-gauge frame and a 14-gauge base, ensuring a sturdy and durable foundation for your networking devices. The seamless side frame construction, reinforced at all load-bearing junctions, offers robust support and strength equivalent to 11-gauge steel, making it a reliable choice for heavy-duty applications.The black wrinkle powder epoxy finish not only adds a professional look to the rack but also provides an extra layer of protection against wear and tear. The design features beveled edge corners on both the front and rear, reducing the risk of injury or damage to cables when accessing equipment. The front of the rack includes upper and lower vents for improved airflow, essential for maintaining optimal operating temperatures for your equipment.For customization and versatility, the frame nutserts are pre-installed, ready to accommodate an optional surface-mount door with either left or right swing - order the front door separately to suit your specific needs. The rear of the rack is equally thoughtful in design, with removable knockout panels above and below the door area, featuring combination EKOs for various conduit sizes and KOs for wireless antennae, enhancing your cable management options.The rack's open sides provide a rear vertical array of 2" diameter holes and 4" x 1.5" obround openings along the base, facilitating seamless cabling between racks. Optional side panels can be added for additional protection and aesthetics. The bottom of the rack includes a 10-32 threaded grounding stud, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for leg levelers, and holes for anchor bolts, ensuring a secure and stable setup.The configurable top of the rack features a 10U opening with riveted 10-32 threaded rails on 19" E.I.A. spacing, accompanied by two black closure panels (3U, 7U) that can be replaced with optional 19" fan panels for enhanced cooling. The rear conduit plane is designed with combination EKOs for various conduit sizes, KOs for wireless antennae, and space to field-punch an opening for larger conduits.Cable management is made easy with abundant lacing points and nearly 2" of wire management space between the front rails and front-to-rear rail supports.
