Constructed from certified U.S. steel, this rack unit boasts a 16-gauge frame and a 14-gauge base, both reinforced at all load-bearing junctions for enhanced durability. The black wrinkle powder epoxy finish not only adds to its aesthetic appeal but also ensures longevity. The beveled edge corners further contribute to its sturdy design.

The front of the unit features a reversible solid steel surface-mount door, which can swing either left or right for added convenience. The door extends 1" from the frame and comes with a recessed handle and key lock for secure storage. The frame above and below the door is vented for optimal airflow.

The rear of the unit also features a reversible recessed door with upper and lower vents and a key lock. The removable knockout panels in the frame above and below the door offer combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2"). The top panels also include KOs for wireless antennae (1/2").

The sides of the unit are welded and feature handles and upper and lower vents for easy handling and ventilation. The solid bottom is designed to withstand heavy loads, and the set of 4 heavy-duty swivel casters (2 locking) add 5.13" to the overall rack height, offering easy mobility.

The solid steel top comes with dimples to field-mount an optional overhanging laminate top (order separately). The unit also offers generous space for managing wire between front rails and front-to-rear rail supports, thanks to the combination knockouts in the rear panels.

The rack rails are fully adjustable (14U), made from 11-gauge steel, and come with a black finish and numbered RU increments. The unit also includes black pilot point screws with captive washers for quick installation.
