After careful design and construction, the LPR-2427PGT 24U Portable Rack Unit stands as a testament to Lowell Manufacturing's commitment to quality and functionality. This robust and reliable rack unit is ideal for educational, institutional, or professional settings, offering a secure and organized solution for storing and managing electronic equipment such as servers, routers, switches, and other networking devices.Constructed from certified U.S. steel, this rack unit boasts a 16-gauge frame and a 14-gauge base, both reinforced at all load-bearing junctions for enhanced durability and stability. The black wrinkle powder epoxy finish not only adds to its aesthetic appeal but also ensures its longevity.The front of the rack unit features a reversible smoked plexiglass door, allowing for left or right swing based on your preference. The door extends 1" from the frame and is equipped with a recessed handle and key lock for added security. The frame includes vents above and below the door for efficient airflow, ensuring your equipment stays cool.At the rear, you'll find a reversible recessed steel door with top and bottom vents and a key lock. The removable knockout panels in the frame above and below the door offer combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2"), and the top panels include KOs for wireless antennae (1/2").The sides of the rack unit are welded and feature handles and upper and lower vents for optimal ventilation. The unit sits on a set of 4 heavy-duty swivel casters (2 locking) for easy mobility. These casters add 5.13" to the overall rack height.The rack unit is topped with a premium Graphite Gray laminate top with rubber edge molding that overhangs the rack's steel top, providing a sleek and professional look. The top measures 1"H x 29.06"D x 24.69"W.For efficient cable management, the rack unit includes combination knockouts in the rear panels and generous space between front rails and front-to-rear rail supports. The rack rails are fully adjustable (21U) and made from 11-gauge steel with a black finish and numbered RU increments.The LPR-2427PGT 24U Portable Rack Unit is EIA/TIA compliant, RoHS compliant, and UL 2416 Listed in the U.S.A. and Canada, ensuring it meets the highest standards of safety and performance.
