Lowell Manufacturing LSGR-4427 40U Seismic Gangable Rack with 2 Pair Adjustable Rails and Rear Door, 27" Deep, Black

44U x 27"D Seismic gangable rack with adjustable rails is fully welded 16-gauge steel with 14-gauge base, reinforced at all load-bearing junctions and including corner brackets in base. Professional engineer certified for two categories of seismic qualifications - Life Safety/Essential Systems (Ip=1.5) and Anchorage by code (Ip=1.0).

Construction
Fully welded certified U.S. steel, 16-gauge frame with 14-ga. bottom reinforced at load-bearing junctions for robust support, strength equivalent to 11-ga. steel. Black wrinkle powder epoxy finish. Beveled edge corners front and rear.

Front
Upper and lower vents. Frame nutserts are ready to add optional surface-mount door (left or right swing). Order separately.

Rear
Two removable knockout panels in frame above door with combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2") and KOs for wireless antennae (1/2"). Two removable blank project panels in frame below door. Includes recessed door with vents and key lock (left or right swing).

Sides (open access)
Seamless X-frame construction with multiple openings for cable runs between racks. Rear vertical array of 2" dia. holes plus 4" x 1.5" obround openings along base. Optional side panels (order separately).

Configurable Top (with closure panels)
7U opening features riveted 10-32 threaded rails on 19" E.I.A. spacing. Includes two black closure panels (3U, 4U) which can be replaced with optional 19" panels (fan, vent, etc.). A 6"D rear conduit plane has combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4" and 1"-2"), KOs for wireless antennae (1/2"), plus room to field-punch an opening for 4" dia. conduit.

Cable Management
Combination knockouts in top and rear. Abundant cable lacing points and generous wire management space of nearly 2" between front rails and front-to-rear rail supports.

Rack Rails - 44U (fully adjustable)
Two pairs of 11-ga. steel 10-32 threaded rails on E.I.A. spacing with bidirectional numbered RU increments (rails mount in either direction). Black finish. Clearance from front rail to outside frame (1.75"), from front rail to optional surface-mount door (2.5").

Black pilot point screws with captive washers for quick installation.
