The rack features a unique single-release mechanism that allows it to swing open smoothly, pivoting 90 degrees on a support base equipped with stainless steel ball transfers. This design not only enhances accessibility but also increases the load capacity by an additional 4U. The rack's slam latch closure ensures secure storage of your equipment.

The backbox of the rack is designed with a large rear opening to accommodate wall obstructions, and features upper and lower EKOs for 2-1/2" conduit. The top of the backbox includes a removable knockout panel and combination EKOs for 1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2" conduit, as well as KOs for 1/2" wireless antennae. Embossed dimples and lacing points on the back plane allow for flush installation of board-mounted accessories.

The mounting section of the cabinet opens with a single-release mechanism and pivots open 90 degrees on the support base. It features vents in the sides and front for optimal airflow, and a center key lock for secure side-by-side installation. The cabinet comes with one pair of 11-gauge steel rails that are adjustable and recessed 0.63" to allow 1.38" clearance for equipment knobs and optional door.

The support base of the rack is equipped with stainless steel ball transfers for smooth pivoting of the loaded rack. It also features side EKOs for efficient cable management, a top access panel, and a removable front access panel for easy equipment or accessory mounting.
