Crafted from certified 16-gauge U.S. steel, this durable rack is designed to withstand heavy loads, ensuring your equipment is securely stored. Its black wrinkle powder epoxy finish not only enhances its aesthetic appeal but also adds to its resistance against wear and tear.This high-quality wall-mount rack features a unique single-release mechanism that allows it to swing open smoothly, pivoting on internal spring-loaded hinges and stainless steel ball transfers set into the base. This design adds an additional 4U to the load capacity, making it an ideal choice for storing servers, networking equipment, and other IT hardware.The rack's backbox is designed with a 4.69"D box that mounts on 16" centers, accommodating wall obstructions and offering multiple lacing points for easy cable management. The sides feature upper and lower EKOs for 2-1/2" conduit, while the top boasts a removable knockout panel and combination EKOs for 1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2" conduit, as well as KOs for 1/2" wireless antennae.The cabinet section of the rack opens with a single-release mechanism and pivots open 90 degrees on the support base. Its right-hand swing can be easily changed to left using the internal spring-loaded hinges. The top 10U opening has an integral EIA rail for optional 19" accessories, while vents in the sides and front ensure optimal airflow.The rack comes with one pair of 11-gauge steel rails, adjustable to accommodate different equipment sizes. The rails are recessed 0.63" to allow 1.38" clearance for equipment knobs and an optional door. The cabinet depth is 27.53", providing ample space for your equipment.The support base features stainless steel ball transfers for smooth pivoting of the loaded rack, along with side EKOs for cable management. The front access panel can be removed to mount equipment or accessories, providing an additional 4U space.The LWBR-4032 40U Wall Rack is EIA/TIA compliant and RoHS compliant, ensuring it meets industry standards for safety and performance. It requires a minimum clearance of 49.67" (+1" for optional door) to allow a 90-degree swing. The rack comes with black pilot point screws with captive washers for quick and easy installation.
