This sturdy and reliable rackmount active monitor panel is designed to accept both line level inputs (-10dBv to +10dBv) and speaker level inputs (8 ohm or 25/70 volts), making it a versatile tool for monitoring critical points in the audio signal chain.The MP-2 2U 6-Channel Active Monitor Panel offers comprehensive visual and aural monitoring of up to 12 lines. Its precise measurement capabilities are facilitated by an analog meter with VU and voltage scales, ensuring accurate monitoring of selected line or speaker input. For a more subjective aural monitoring experience, the panel features a 3"x 5" internal speaker, which can also be accessed via a monaural headphone output (stereo jack) on the front panel.The panel's rackmount chassis is constructed from steel and finished with black powder epoxy, ensuring its durability and longevity. The front panel is equipped with an analog meter, a headphone jack, and four control knobs for easy selection of monitored system inputs, individual line level inputs, and individual speaker level inputs, as well as volume control of the selected input.The rear panel provides termination for input connections made to barrier strip screw terminals. These terminals are group selectable for line level or speaker level inputs. The MP-2 2U 6-Channel Active Monitor Panel comes with an external power supply (No. PS2405) that is UL Listed and includes 4 plug adaptors suitable for use in North America, Central Europe, the U.K., Australia, and New Zealand. The power supply features a 100-240 VAC input and a 24 VDC output, and is connected via a 6-ft. cord.
