About Lowell Manufacturing RCC-2228
Low profile wall-mount cabinet maximizes internal space with two mounting bays with separate rail sets. The 2U upper bay allows pivot-down access for a horizontally-mounted panel such as a shallow patch panel (not included). The 2U lower bay features rails to vertically-mount hubs, servers or similar active equipment.
Construction
• Made in the U.S.A. with 16-gauge certified U.S. steel (11-ga. rails). Network Gray
• Upper Bay (horizontal-mount): 2U x 19"W (2"D usable). One pair pivoting rails allows easy access, secures with wing nuts. Ideal for a shallow patch panel
• Lower Bay (vertical-mount): 2U x 19"W (23"D usable). One pair adjustable rails. Ideal for a hub, server or similar active equipment
Front
• Vented door with beveled edges and inset handle. Side key lock. Door is reversible (left or right-hand swing)
Rear
• Cabinet mounts on standard 16" centers and features large cutouts to fit over wall obstructions
Sides
• Draw latch and Key lock
Bottom
• Combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4"). Electrical box in base. Vents will accept optional single fan kit.
Top
• Combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2")
Cable Management
• Knockouts in top and base. Multiple bridge lances
Dual-Punch Rails
• 11-gauge steel rails with black finish have 10-32 threaded holes (for use with included screws) plus square holes (for use with alternate hardware-12-24 or 6mm screws, not included).
