I was lucky to purchase mine from Adorama
I asked Lyman to recommend a model of sight and a screw set for the modern Japanese-made Winchester 1873. They said this sight would work (3902102) but simply told me I'd have to find some screws that work. So I wrote Marbles, who told me to use their screw set 995012. While I was awaiting this second order I used two 10-32x1/2 cheap screws, with o-rings to avoid marring the sight. The Winchesters have drilled and tapped holes for the sight, but they are a bit lower on the tang than the Uberti, so this sight is not ideal. In fact you will have to turn it way up to match the front sight. There is plenty of clearance to the rear for the extended sight to fold down. There is no windage (sic) adjustment. I say "sic" because what you are really going to be concerned with is the accuracy of the mounting holes. On my Winchester the holes were nearly perfectly vertical, but if not you are advised by Lyman to shim one side with paper. The ring on the right side is not functional and was included to match the vintage sight design. I have knocked off a star because of the lack of two tiny screws which would have cost Lyman nothing but would have made this sight suitable for the current manufacture Winchester 1873. These are not big tang screws but simple little 10-32s. I also had to downgrade it a bit because it's a little short for the Winchester. As I write this (3-22-2018) it is selling for MSRP but I was lucky to purchase mine from Adorama on 2-6-18 for a 27% discount.
