All Metabones Smart Adapters relay crucial distance information from the lens to the camera body, enabling 5-axis in-body image stabilization (IBIS). However, it's important to note that the Contax 645 Makro-Planar 4/120 lens does not report distance information and thus supports only 3-axis IBIS.
