very smooth focussing when you've installed the lens correctly. heavy but prob one of the best of cx g to e adapters

tips:
(1) set adapter switch to "unlock"
(2) mount adapter first on camera body
(3) set lens aperture onto the scale as far as it will go - about f8
(4) align the focus screw drive and slot and gently seat the lens into place. wiggle it a few times and check that the focus ring is working smoothly - it is essential to get the screw and slot nicely aligned or the focussing will be notch
(5) gently at first, turn the lock ring on the lens to tighten and then as far as it will go - at that point the aperture marker should align correctly with both high and low aperture marks on the dial when you turn the aperture ring
(6) remove lens and adapter from body, check that the locking tab is into the slot on the bayonet and then lock the adapter switch
