I had a Pro 30 that I really liked but needed more room so this was the natural upgrade. Well made, good storage areas, very good zippers (I hate zippers). Space is well organized.

I've had a number of smaller bags that are useful for specific tasks. I'm at the point, though, where I had a need for a large bag in which to store and carry my full kit. That became paramount when I bought a second camera body. I'm very pleased with this bag--it holds both of my camera bodies and all of my lenses. The combination I use most often, my Nikon 70-200 on a D750 is right at the top of the bag and accessible when I need it the quickest. The construction is very sturdy and the bag appears to be built like a tank. Overall I highly recommend this bag!

For flight perfect size to fit my gear and still be a carry on. In the photo pit at concert , sturdy enough to handle being thrown around and easy access to gear . Great bag!

This backpack is great! It is very well made, well designed and holds all my lenses (including 70-200mm 2.8) as well as my 15.6 HP laptop comfortably. It is large (like an oversized backpack) and can get heavy when fully loaded however one bonus is l can arrange it to fit my tripod inside when hiking to a location.

So I finally broke down and ordered this pack. I love it, I can get all of my lens, filters, battery chargers, everything under one roof. It does have a few extra compartments to put some other things in, like an extra strap. I wanted to be able to just open one compartment and have it all there, and this one did the job!

I bought this bag because my old bag would not hold my new nikon 200-500mm lens. This bag easily holds it with the camera attached as well as leaves room for several other lens or accessories. Has all kinds of pockets I am still getting used to...very sturdy and well built...plenty of straps and adjustments. It is heavy, but that's what you get when you have a bag of this size and gear.

Good backpack with a nice size for an "extended basics" set of gear. Holds a D800 (no grip) with a full-size Tamron 70-200mm attached, plus a Sigma 35mm Art, a Nikon 50mm, a flash, the wadded up rain shield, and some small odds & ends like chargers, filters, etc. The padding is very nice - thick with good quality materials - and easily configurable to fit a variety of stuff. The front part of the bag is kind of armored with a semi-rigid plate built into the front flap, so the protection is pretty strong. No wasted space on this bag, which was a strong selling point. The upper part of the top flap unzips to allow access to the camera from the top of the bag without having to unstrap and unzip the whole front, so you can grab the camera and shoot easily. A couple of drawbacks, based on my usage. First is that the D800 barely fits top-to-bottom with a tripod plate installed, such that the top flap has to be leaned on a bit to get the zipper to go. Second is that the straps are not very comfortable for anything more than about an hour.

I have two bodies and 7 lenses plus flashes, filters, etc. While I rarely need all those things every time out I needed a backpack that could carry a lot and the Manfrotto Pro 50 is a great bag. It has lots of room. The zippers are a little tough to use around the top. Some of that might be how new the bag is. I am still figuring out the best way to attach a tripod. Overall though a super bag.
