With a magnification of 0.71x, the Speed Booster ULTRA effectively reduces the crop factor of 4k video on EOS R and EOS RP. It's designed to work well with virtually all full-frame SLR lenses, transforming professional-grade f/2.8 zoom lenses into high-speed zooms and high-speed fixed focal length lenses into wider, faster lenses. The adapter also increases the maximum aperture by 1 stop, with a maximum output aperture of f/0.9, and increases MTF. It features autofocus with adjusted AF speed, dual-pixel autofocus (DPAF), video AF support, and image stabilization (IS) lens support. The built-in multi-function Control Wheel allows for assignable functions such as ISO, shutter speed, or aperture control, and depth-of-field preview. Constructed from durable aluminum alloy and brass with chromium plating, the adapter is designed to withstand the rigors of professional use. It features a detachable tripod foot compatible with Arca Swiss, Markins, and Photo Clam ball heads, and a rubber gasket to protect the RF mount connection from dust and moisture.
