MIGUEL ANGEL P : There is an AC Adapter for LT8 SC telescope; and a DC (Car) adapter for that LT series?JOHN S : Meade usually supplies a DC Adapter but it is not clear if it is provided with this telescope. If not, the Meade #607 cigarette lighter plug adapter is available. The AC adapter is an optional accessory, Additionally, the mount is powered by 8 "C" cell batteries for field use which offer an estimated 20 hours of operation, dependent upon temperature and telescope use.
