Meade 16" Permanent Equatorial Pier, for 16.0" LX200 & LX200 GPS Telescopes

Seperate Purchase of 16" Permanent Equatorial Pier ONLY.

THe Permanent Equatorial Pier can be ordered as an option with the telescope or purchased seperatly. If auxiliary astro cameras or other long-exposure imaging devices are to be piggybacked to the telescope, then the telescope should be used with the Permanent Equatorial Pier.

Thus mounted in the equatorial mode, there is no field rotation in either the main telescope or in any auxiliary, piggybacked instruments. All Permanent Equatorial Piers are custom-manufactured to match the latitude of the specified observing site.
