Best bang for the buck. Works great!
I use the instrument to monitor the temperature of my swimming pool and the areas near my solar water heaters. I use three wireless remotes with external temperature probes. I just wish it could monitor more than three remotes. 8 to 16 remotes would be more useful because I have a lot of areas to monitor. A waterproof floating remote monitor would be super cool too.
Slim Line Personal Weather Station with Atomic Clock TE256W features a sleek, contemporary look with an ultra-thin display design only 3/8 inch thick. The large, easy to read LED display shows outdoor temperature and humidity, indoor temperature and humidity, Atomic time, day and date. Features alarm with snooze. Wall or desk mountable.
This unit is fully expandable to monitor the temperature and humidity in up to three separate outdoor or indoor locations with the addition of up to two additional sensors, sold separately. Approximate operating range is 145 feet (45m). The main unit has integrated fold away feet, with a detachable designer metal base and is additionally wall mountable. Uses two CR2032 batteries for the main unit (included) and two (user-supplied) AA batteries for the remote temperature/humidity sensor. Suggested operating temperature range is -40F to 122F (-40C to +50C) if using lithium type batteries.
Indoor/outdoor humidity display range is 25% to 90% and min/max temperature and min/max humidity are recorded. Display is selectable from English, Spanish, French, German or Italian languages.
