The Meopta Meostar R2 1-6x24 Riflescope with Illuminated Redzone K-Dot Reticle is a versatile, durable dangerous-game hunting riflescope. Designed for close to mid-range work in the field, it delivers a wide, 113' field-of-view at 100 yards. The fully multicoated optics transmit clear, bright images with high contrast, even in low light. The illuminated etched glass reticle is located in the second focal plane so it remains constant at all magnification levels.

The R2 series represent Meopta's top-of-the-line riflescopes. This model features a 4C Plex-style reticle with heavy posts in the outer periphery and fine hairs in the middle. The illumination dial features eight intensity levels with off positions between each level for easy return to the previously selected brightness. The wide field of view makes this MeoStar R2 ideal for maximizing situational awareness and employing both-eyes-open aiming technique. The robust erector system ensures reticle stability even under heavy recoil and drops. The power ring was engineered to perform smoothly in all weather conditions. It also features a small fin for fast adjustment in rapidly changing conditions. Proprietary lens coatings ensure high light transmission, abrasion resistance and water repelling.

MeoDrop Water Repellent Coating
MeoDrop is a proprietary hydrophobic lens coating designed to repel water, grease, skin oils and lens surface contaminates that can impair clarity. This microscopic hydrophobic layer - applied to all external lens surfaces - repels water so that rain and moisture forms a tight ball and simply rolls off the lens surface. MeoDrop coated lenses are easily wiped clean with no smudging or smearing.
