Just disappointing. The user interface isn't great. It has very weak wifi, or poor ability to work with wifi when everything else seems to work fine. When the wifi gets interrupted, it can't recover and continue. I have to keep relearning the tricks to making it work. It also can't seem to handle a batch upload of many pictures well either. On the plus side, the picture quality is high once you get pictures loaded onto it. There is no support available. For the price that I paid, I'd expect a more formal support channel than a web site with the ability to send an email. Charge me an extra $ and give me something good. Nice on the wall but more of a hassle than it should be technically.

I am pleased with the picture quality of the 25” model, but after a week of trying to download images, I still am having trouble. If you don’t have super internet connectivity, don’t bother with this unit. The customer service is non existent so I don’t know if it will ever work right.

I have the 25” Memento frame and photos look great in it. While I am not a commercial photographer needing exact color matching, the colors appear to me to be just as I would want. The horizontal viewing angle is fairly wide but the vertical angle is not. I found it best to view the frame at eye level or lower for pictures to display correctly. Having the frame too high restricts the view for anyone who would have to look up at it. I mounted the frame such that the center of the frame is about chest height for me; there is no display degradation whether I am standing in front of it looking down or sitting in a chair looking up at it. Sitting on the floor looking up at it is a different story. The frame will not replace prints for me . . . I am a print guy and love prints. But with the Memento frame, more of my photos are displayed on a wall than would ever be shown as prints. It is just much easier and quicker to load the files onto the frame and display them right away than it is to print, mat, and frame a photo. Whether a photo is from a camera with an APS-C sensor, a full frame, or a medium format, the pictures are just magnificent as long as the photo was captured correctly . . . properly exposed, proper white balance, in focus, sharp, etc., etc., etc. I am very happy with Memento frame and highly recommend it.
