A sturdy mount with a couple of small  issues. 
1- The center pole is secured with a bolt and positioned with a pin. The first time I assembled it despite it appearing to be tight the pole leaned with the weight of the monitor. Had to remove the mount from the desk, retighten the center bolt and all was well.
2- The left and right sides do not line up with identical monitors installed. One monitor is higher than the other. Not really a problem but not what I was expecting.

It comes with a bunch of screws and washers for mounting displays. +1 for the screw assortment. 

The instructions are non-verbal, relying totally upon illustration. This didn't play to my strengths. I was able to figure it  out. 

I love the ability to adjust the height.

Perfect mount for my 40" pneumatic standing desk. The mount was simple to set-up and the space gained is fantastic.
