This automatic negotiation of channels for respective connectivity simplifies your setup process, allowing you to focus on delivering the best sound quality. The DN4816-I StageConnect Interface is part of the innovative StageConnect ecosystem, a new interface standard developed by Music Tribe. This ecosystem boasts impressive technical specs, including 32 channels of uncompressed PCM audio in various I/O configurations, 24-bit at 48 kHz, and latency below 0.05 ms. Whether you're connecting wireless systems, external effects, or playback systems, the DN4816-I StageConnect Interface can be easily daisy-chained to meet your specific I/O configurations. With a total bandwidth of 32 channels, you can achieve all combinations from 32 inputs over 16 in and outputs in parallel to 32 outputs using different combinations of DN48XX interfaces connected using a simple XLR cable. The DN4816-I StageConnect Interface also offers power via DC or StageConnect. Each SC Master provides 18W of power that can be used by devices in the chain. This feature, coupled with the StageConnect Calculator (SSC Tool), allows you to check your setup for power consumption, DMX cable lengths, audio routing, and other parameters. The DN4816-I StageConnect Interface also features 16 balanced line level combo inputs, ideal for carrying signals from external hardware like wireless microphones. This feature not only saves local inputs but also reduces setup time and increases reliability. The DN4816-I StageConnect Interface is also compatible with the well-established Ultranet technology, which transmits up to 16 independent channels of 24-bit digital audio via a single CAT5 cable between compatible digital devices. This seamless integration allows you to connect with over 1 million Ultranet products in the market, such as the P16 monitoring system, AIR mixers, and Turbosound speakers.
