Each year I save up so that I am able to purchase this often used package at a better price. I was so pleased to find it this year on a reputable site such as HP. The experience was very straightforward and pleasing and I got exactly what I ordered! Last year, I ordered from a different supplier and upon receiving the package, it was for the individual user and not Home where you get six installs. While they did make it right in the end, it was a hassle in having to return and wait for the replacement. HP got it right the first time! Happy camper here

I bought this allow with 2 new computers and like that I can put this program on 6 of my computers/laptops. Then everyone is using the same program and all are compatible.

I am incurring operating message in Microsoft Word reading the following: "We,re sorry but Word has run into an error that is preventing it from working correctly. Word will need to be closed. as a result. Would you like us to repair now?" After clicking "yes" the program crashes without repair and the entire prepared document disappears. I did not have not had time to pursue solution at that time and hesitate to use and lose something which took considerable time to create.
