Very Good Prices and Good Customer Service
I bought 3 surface pro's last Aug. 2018 and I am very satisfied with the way the job has been done. They also got the best prices when it comes to Warranties for the device that I use.

I would choose this over the iPad Pro!
I’m a Mac user and iPad collector. After fiddling with this surface pro, I’m starting to think this is better than the iPad Pro. You can do so much more tight t. I like the feather/option of being able to switch from desktop mode to tablet mode. It has face recognition. It’s fast. It’s sleek. Skinny. Has a built in stand. And you can connect a USB to it. No converters plugs like the Ipad.

Good so far!
I bought this on Christmas because of a sale. Fast shipping by Adorama, easy process opening a credit account to charge it to with no interest for 6 months. The machine itself does have hiccups, but overall gets everything done that needs to get done. Invest in the type cover. I use this for Lightroom and Photoshop and it does just fine for the easy/mid-grade work that I do in those applications.

Never go anywhere without this.
I bought this Surface during the Christmas sales. This has replaced a MACBook Pro and an iPad. Now instead of carrying, maintaining and charging 2 products I now have one. The Surface Pro has done a great job replacing the Apple products. The only downside I have is this should come with the Surface Pro Keyboard Cover. Why Microsoft doesn't include it is beyond me. I am amazed at having an i5 with no fans. How they did it is beyond me. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a 2-in-1.

First Time Surface Owner
Beautiful product with a very nice set of internal hardware parts. I currently bought one for my upcoming semester and find this is the perfect computer that allows me to work and play efficiently.
Even though I had my eyes on the Surface Book 2, I felt the SB2 was missing a few key components and the price tag too hefty for me to ensure a better experience than what the Surface Pro offers. In short, this is the greatest compromise since it allows me to play many of my games on file with ease. Leaving the more graphically intensive games to a stronger computer I keep at home.
The touch pen input is solid, very snap easy and sometimes replaces my need for a mouse at times. An artist friend of mine did feel the need to tell me that it is awkward to directly draw in an art program on the Pro, but that is merely a preference. I do dabble in a lot of hobbies, and this device fits the bill.
Great job, and if a better Surface Book comes out in the future I'll keep an eye on it.
