Shopper : Why Did You Choose This?ELIZABETH H : I needed a replacement for the tip to my pen, found this site on the Bestbuy Site on the ads since BestBuy didn’t offer them nor were they provided when i purchased my Pen @Bestbuy. I read in the description for the “sold out” replacement tips they were supposed to come with the purchase of a NEW pen. They definitely should have came with the pen considering how much I paid for it brand new. but this site offered a quick response to my dilemma and i will contact Microsoft and Best Buy laterNEIL A : To go with my new pen
