Nice but unusable due to background noise

Good picture quality, nice looking and compact BUT it seems to produce a lot of constant background noise for anyone I'm speaking with remotely. Lots of co-workers told me it sounds like there's a train in the background whenever I unmute myself. I switched the sound settings on my PC to use another device for sound but still got the same feedback from my co-workers.

Easy, better than my laptop camera

Got my first one years ago before I had a laptop with built in camera. Now i turn green when I Zoom/meet with my laptop camera, depending on my lighting, so I went back to this camera and am no longer Martian! This order is actually the second one I’ve bought for other people and my original one is still working perfectly! My husband’s 80 year old aunt just plugged hers in and it worked and she had no trouble.

Could not get it to work properly

Could not get the drivers to download. The camera would freeze when it came up, or would not come up at all. Gave it to a friend and bought a different brand.
