I purchased the wrong product..I ordered a full size computer, and this product was intended for a laptop. It will not work on the computer I ordered because the cord is way to short. I should have known better, but something should have been flagged in the ordering process.

HP states this cam is for all PC's, only to find out it is made for a NoteBook Only,,, The web cam mount will not fit on a regular PC Monitor and the cable is about 13in long and will not reach the tower if the monitor doesn't have USB ports. Then HP will not take back the web cam for exhange because it is after the 21 day limit. I think this is there way to sell this web cam and stick it to the customer...

I don't think this product lived up to the hyped videos about it's use. The videos showed dramatic difference in the quality of the faces as the camera is suppost to auto-magically adjust to focus on your face. The video demo were hyped a bit because other than a slow adjustment responce time I did not see a dramtic change in image quality. It's still a good webcam and that adjustment head and 180 swevel is really nice!! I'm happy wity with, but the vdieos made me think I was getting the best web camera ever, and at the end of the day, it did not live up to the hype for me.
