The continuously variable gain control allows for precise adjustments, while the front panel instrument input caters to high impedance sources like bass guitars.This innovative preamplifier is equipped with a DC coupled ribbon mic with a 10dB gain boost setting, perfect for use with any Ribbon or Dynamic mic. The 80Hz roll-off filter and 48V phantom power further enhance its functionality. The 14dB Pad attenuates the input signal after the gain stage, and the Polarity Flip inverts the signal's polarity, useful in multiple mic setups.The HV-35P operates between 12 to 15V and comes with a 100 to 240V line lump power supply. It can also be powered by Li-Ion battery packs that produce 14.8V DC and automatically cut off at 12V DC. The unit also includes a rack tray mounting with a maximum Mid-Atlantic screw length of 3/16".For safety, the HV-35P is designed to resist water and moisture damage. However, it should not be used in or near water or unusually moist environments.
