Absolutely love the case!! I was quite alarmed to see a small sized case be yet so big! The quality is superb and by far one of the best ive yet to encounter!

Well built
At first, I was disappointed that I had to purchase a case for my softbox, as with any other it comes with it. After seeing this case in person, I see why it costs extra. It is very well built, sturdy, and holds everything you need inside. Nice zippers, nice material.

This is so much better than I thought
I feel dumb but I didn't realize from the photos that it had designated pockets for all your lighting accessories, I thought it was just shoved in there. This case is really awesome that it can hold the softbox on one side and two flashes and MagMod accessories on the other side. My only complaint is that though it can carry two flashes, it cannot hold two light stands. I would love for it to carry two stands so I can do a softbox + another light modifier like in the videos. But now I'm stuck having another bag for secondary light stands. I just want the center to be slightly wider so I can carry less.

Magmod small case
These are great for storing the modifier however the magring doesn't quite fit in the case. A stand fits perfectly in the middle of the case, but the there is no real room for the magring.

Won't fit the Stripbox
Was hoping to use this for the Magmod Strip box but it doesn't fit. It has a nice design and build quality.

Great utility but not perfect
I've owned a magbox for a few years and finally decided to pick up the case due to the magbox being bulky and difficult to transport. While the case is very useful in having easy to access slots for all your gear it is very bulky and not so easy to transport. I had to replace the strap with a more comfortable and useful one.

I love all the pockets inside and how everything Magmod gear related fits inside this case. However, I do wish the handle part was sturdier and had a little bit of padding.

Great organizational product
Like almost all things by Magmod, I love this case. I am able to put all my Magbox items and lighting in one easy case. I do wish the strap was more functional/adjustable, but I suppose that is an easy fix.

Great Case, but hard to carry
I love the Magbox small case. It carries the magmod system plus my 2 AD200 and another flash. My biggest issue - It is very hard to carry with the way all the accessory pockets are only on one end of the case. Plus I wish the strap to carry the case is more like a duffel bag.

Love this it's a game changer

All the goodies in one place!
Hesitated getting this case at first, but then got tired of carrying my gear in separate bags. I also wanted a secure way to carry the Focus Diffuser. The Magbox, fabric and Focus Diffusers, Magring, Magshoe, two flashes and a wireless transmitter all fit neatly and securely in this case. Love it!

Nice case but I can't sling it over my shoulder.
The case protects my MAGMOD gear perfectly. My only gripe is that the strap that's attached isn't adjustable so I'm not able to sling it on my should because it's too short. Otherwise i would give it 5 stars.

Update on magmod case
This is an update to my first review. I love the case, I really like that I can put all my gear in it. I had mentioned the only negative was a lack of a longer strap, I took care of that.
I added a half clip, sewed it down and added a strap, now its perfect

This makes the already bad magbox worse.
All I have to say is this is BIG really big, it can store lots of stuff but it?s HUGE. Because the softbox is HUGE. It?s is not the Magbox ?SMALL? case.
BUT what makes this even more of a useless case is the fact that in order to store your magbox in it. You have to take off the magring, and diffusion material, and everything comes apart in order to be stored in the box.
This would have been a much more intelligent design if you could leave the diffusion panel and the msg ring attached so all you do is pull it out push it open and slap it on a stand. Unfortunately that?s not the case (no pun intended). With this you have to rebuild it everytime.
Do not buy this unless you go from studio to studio and are holding all your gear, flashes, both diffusion panels, etc... and are totally cool rebuilding the magbox everytime. Otherwise for run and gun shooters like myself it makes living with the magbox even more painful than it already is.
