Martinic has taken what was great about the original AX73 and elevated it into a powerful, flexible software instrument that fits right into the modern producer's lineup of go-to synths.

• Settings View offers a clean, easy-to-use set of parameters for quick editing
• The Keys View, which emulates the look of the original hardware, has also been upgraded with many more functions - no menu-diving required!
• The robust Preset Manager allows you to quickly save and sort your favorite presets into "Collections" that you can easily export and share with friends!

New Effects Section
Process the synth's output with eight built-in effect units: Compressor, Phaser, Flanger, Chorus, Delay, Reverb, Distortion, and EQ. These effects can be routed in any order you like - simply rearrange them by dragging and dropping them in the FX Chain.

Something Borrowed
The best elements from other synths in the AX range have been distilled into a feature-rich reinterpretation of the AX73. Notable examples include: extra chorus settings and the arpeggiator from the AX60, a second VCO and sub-oscillator from the AX80, and an extended VCO octave range down to 32', as seen in both the AX60 and 80.

Mod Power!
The AX73 plugin also offers far greater modulation capabilities than the original. It features four envelopes per layer (three of which are assignable), and four assignable LFOs per layer. Taking both layers into account, this gives a formidable eight envelopes and eight LFOs.

Split or Stack Layers to build your sound
Uniquely, the AX73 has two layers that can be split across the keyboard - allowing you to play two patches simultaneously - or stacked, providing an extra dimension of sound design. And, each layer has its own independent arpeggiator with 11 built-in modes - including some unusual modes such as Shuffle and Improve - that you can use to quickly create melodies.

The Martinic AXFX AAX/AU/CLAP/VST 8-unit effect rack plugin is based on the "external" effects from our flagship AX73 synthesizer. The AXFX lets you use these 8 versatile 1980s style effects on any synth, guitar, vocals, or other audio source.

The AXFX includes over 100 presets designed by renowned sound designers such as Daniel Stawczyk, Charis Linos, and Solidtrax.

- Elka Panther Plug-In -
The Elka Panther 300, also known as the Capri, is a classic Italian combo organ of the 60s.

The instrument produces bold, rich organ sounds and has a wide range of tonal variations. The Panthers 16', 8', 4' Stops and Mixture voice levels are adjustable. Each note spans over three octaves, there is bass extension into gray keys and separate volume control for bass octave(s).

Tone Decay adds percussive effect to Mixture voices. The Panther has powerful vibrato with speed and intensity control.

History
Available as early as 1966, the Elka Panther was designed to have it all. Tweakable and versatile, families of sound would be activated using plastic switches - the on/off equivalent of pulling out stops on an organ. The switches controlled which family of sounds were activated, and were laid out horizontally in order of their pitch.

- Lem Echo Music Plug-In -
The Lem Echo Music plugin recreates the nostalgic tones of the vintage Italian tape delay effect from Lem. Martinic's authentic emulation simulates the classic sound of three playheads on one strip of tape, with all the wonderful wow, flutter, and degradation of the original.

We've also added enhanced features not found on the original effect to make this plugin even more customizable when crafting your sound.

History
During the late 60s and throughout the 70s, the pairing of an electric organ with a tape echo unit was common. Organists such as Lenny Dee modified their organs with a tape delay to add another dimension to their sound. Units like the Lem Echo Music provided organists with the option of sending their low-frequency bass tone to an output of its own, and they could wield tighter control of EQ and delay parameters for each component of their sound.

- Scanner Vibrato Plug-In -
The newly updated Scanner Vibrato is a virtual effect plugin that precisely recreates the scanner-vibrato effect from the legendary tonewheel organ we all love. Now improved with our trademarked ACE modeling technique, the Scanner Vibrato is also available as part of the Retro Pack, a collection of Martinic's grooviest instruments and effects with a bundle discount.

History
The original scanner-vibrato was developed in the 1940s, and was an analog, electromechanical device, consisting of an analog delay line and a mechanical rotor ("scanner"). The rotor was driven by the organ's internal motor, and therefore its rate was fixed at about 6.9 Hz. The original scanner-vibrato could produce both chorus and vibrato effects, and it offered three depth presets.

Martinic Scanner Vibrato is modeled closely on the original scanner-vibrato, so it offers the same features (and flaws), perfectly preserving the character of the original effect. However, Scanner Vibrato is more flexible; you can adjust the rate, depth, and even stereo width. And best of all, you can apply Scanner Vibrato not only to organ sounds, but also to guitar, synthesizer, or whatever sound you like.

- AX Chorus Plug-In -
The AX Chorus is based on the ACE modeled MN3009 Bucket Brigade (BBD) chip found in both the AX73 and AX60 synthesizers. We developed our plugin with the chorus 100% the same as the mono input versions found in the original synthesizers and then added the option of making it a stereo effect.

As Akai never released the chorus as a separate effect we envisioned how it could have looked in the 1980s, and have included both the AX73 and AX60 chorus effects in one unit.

The Martinic AX Chorus is a unique chorus that adds instant analog character to your production. It includes options for mono or stereo operation in addition to models of both the AX60 and AX73 analog chorus effects. With 3-band EQ and tempo sync with your DAW, it's incredibly flexible for shaping the perfect sound and adding warmth to any track.

- Colorsound Tremolo Plug-In -
The Martinic Colorsound Tremolo AU/AAX/CLAP/VST plugin, tested and authorized by Macaris, recreates the famous Colorsound Tremolo effect pedal used by Green Day, Joe Bonamassa, and Phil Manzanera among other well known guitar players.

Includes recreations of both the 1974 and 1996 version of the original pedal.
