Used this with my telephoto
Used this with my telephoto on EVERY zoom call. Fast, easy to set up and vastly superior to my MacBook Pro camera. Wish Moment would make a mount for the T Series.

Laptop mount better than continuity camera
Bought the laptop mount to use with my 58 mm Moment lens because I was not impressed with the continuity camera as a replacement for the 13 inch 2021 MacBook Pro camera. My iPhone 13 Pro is too heavy to mount on my MacBook so I tried a tripod which gave me a fixed camera but not that much improvement in picture quality.

Does not work with anamorphic lens, the mount is not created to work with it.

Works great!
Works great, especially with the Tele Lens for Zoom calls. It does add some weight with a lens, so you may want to stabilize your laptop screen, or don't shake your table. Otherwise, it's a must-have for the virtual world.

Does the job to hold my led light on on the cold shoe mount and improved the camera angle with with moment wide lens? however tightening the mount has been difficult because tightening on a touch screen laptop causes unnecessary ?touch? gesture on the screen.

Good quality parts
Quality materials, probably won't ever break. I sometimes have problems with it slipping off when I am adjusting the computer, not all on its own. Maybe I am not screwing tight enough...

SOOOOO much better.
The extended throat of the OG laptop mount was driving me nuts, taking over way more of my screen real estate than was reasonable. So much so that I had actually hacked a couple of spit and scotch tape solutions to reduce the profile. This is much better.
