Bought the opened box thinking I'd save a few dollars and have a blemished non original packaging but got a basically new case that didn't come with the originally included items. Meaning had to spend more to get them. Could have bought new and saved $. Also the magsafe magnets are weak. . . otherwise case looks nice and the felt inside is a nice touch you don't see anymore.

Good case, even without the extra features
I bought this case to use with the 67mm snap-on filter adapter. I replaced my Caudabe Sheath with this case before travelling and found out that this is actually a really good case, even when you ignore its extra features (filters, lenses, etc. ).
One point to mention is that when the snap-on filter adapter is attached, there is a little bit of play when you shake the phone and as a result there's a rattling noise and it makes the experience feel less premium. Not sure if that's an issue with the case or the snap-on filter adapter.

Moment IPhone 16 ProMax Case
Lenses mount very well, i don't think the fit towards the bottom of the phone is perfect but would absolutely recommend this case and moment lenses to improve mobile photo and video quality relatively easy

Solid Case System
Solid case system that is easy to install on phone and quickly switch filters. The feel is slightly slippery, thus the 4 star rating. That said, I'm thankful it's not some weird sticky rubbery mess. This case is well designed, sleek, aesthetically pleasing, and good quality/robust.

My original order was out of stock and placed on backorder. When it became available again they had to ship it out of their international warehouse and it got stuck in customs due to Trump's tariffs. Moment customer support has been responsive and helpful, but unfortunately we still have the stable genius in office. I'll update my review once I finally receive the product.

This case is the heart of the system, but unfortunately, its surface is much too smooth and slippery for my comfort, especially when it's holding such a valuable phone. I've been relying on a safer, grippier silicone case from another brand for daily use, and only switching to the Moment case for serious photography sessions in the controlled environment of my studio.
I'd love to see an "everyday" version of this case, something with more grip and durability, so I could use the Moment system all the time. I hope the team takes this feedback on board.

It's a smart case
It's a good case of course, but I guess it's less protective feeling than I thought it would be. It does feel slightly cheap, but the main focus on this is geared to the lens attachment capability. I haven't used that yet, so perhaps my 4* isn't so valid. But as a case, I guess it's just an average one? Don't think it's worth $50, perhaps 35?? caveats my previous case was a Mous case, which quality wise is very good - but of course not creative

Reliable and Protective - Bought It Again After 3 Years
I've been using this case for the past 3 years, and it's served me really well. It's super protective and has handled plenty of drops without issue. After 3 years of daily use, it did start to break into parts, but honestly, I'm not sure many cases would hold up perfectly over that long. I liked it enough to order the exact same one again. Overall, very happy with it.

Solid case
It came way better than expected to be an open box item. The case is solid and it seems to protect the phone pretty well. Attached a clip on ND filter and it works just fine. A little wobble on the attached lens, but I don't feel unsafe using it.

In the instructional video they suggest mounting lenses before putting the phone in the case. . . Trust and believe when they say this! If I hadn't watched the video I would have been certain I was about to break my case and lens.

Almost perfect design
This hard case is good.
One design issue for the future is that it is annoying to put on filters on it and then removing them to put your phone in your pocket. Ideally, it would be designed for spontaneity. The best would be to not only have the filters latch on it, but a physical protector to slide over the filters so that they can be protected and so that the filters can always stay on the phone. Right now, the design is thought for prepared filmmaking. I think a protector hood would benefit all users.

Extremely poor customer support
The case has precise cutouts for the cameras and buttons. It feels and looks premium, but it lacks grip. The back easily collects fingerprints, which gives it a messy look very quickly. I purchased this case solely to use with the VND QuickLock filter. While I'm not a big fan of the case itself, I can tell that effort went into its design. It's very minimalist, which I consider a positive.
I also want to mention my experience with the VND QuickLock filter since there's no option on the website to leave a review for it, and I only received an email requesting a review for the case. The filter has a dial, and this dial contains a significant amount of oil or grease, presumably for the mechanism. I accidentally left a fingerprint on the inside of the filter, which was fine, but when I tried cleaning it with the cloth provided by Moment, things got messy very quickly. That's when I realized the dial's oil was the problem.
I reached out to Moment multiple times via email, but most of my messages were ignored. The only response I received was, "We'll get in touch when we figure out the issue. " For a company that caters to photographers-who rely on their gear for client shoots and tight schedules-this lack of follow-up is extremely disappointing.
The product itself is good, not great. It sells well likely because it's not bulky and offers an easy attach/detach mechanism. While there are better filter options in terms of quality, Moment's QuickLock system is its strongest feature.
I ended up solving the issue on my own without any help from Moment's support. Be aware that while the product is expensive, the customer service is very poor-or practically nonexistent.
