I cannot imagine not having my Mophie battery. It gets me thru the workday when I am offsite without the ability to plug in to recharge. No extra cords, packs etc to bring with either. Far more convenient than other options. Worth its weight in gold many times over

I was disappointed to find you can not use the lighting or 3.5mm headsets with this mophie case. I thought there would be a work around, other than using a Bluetooth headset. Otherwise, the battery case is fine.

For several years on different iPhones I have only used Mophie cases!!!! I do the Geocaching App on my iphone. So I can use up a lot of battery out in the field. I rarely have run out of battery juice. All of the Mophie battery packs of which I have owned about 9 starting with my 1st one for my 5s iphone and about 4 other kinds over many years. I have literally worn out my Mophie juice packs or broke one in a bad drop. My cell phones have NEVER been damaged. So not only the extra battery juice I use by the case is amazing protecting of each of my phones. If fact using the juice battery case correctly I have never had to replace my cell's battery. Replacing the cell battery on my cell would be more expensive than what I have paid for protection and extra battery access for each Mophie juice pack I have purchased. I have even bought 2 Mophie iphone battery cases one time. Because I was going to be in a place where I wasn't going to be able to recharge the one battery case. So the 2nd Mophie juice battery case got me through with no problem. NOTE: I was MORTIFIED when the Mophie Company went through some changes and was no longer going to make the juice battery case for the iPhone 7, 8 and SE2. I had gotten one or two from Zagg and then there was none except taking a risk on eBay or Amazon. There were just too many knock offs of the battery cases ( juice pack air) that were inferior products or just didn't work. I had only one iphone juice air left and it was starting to loose it full power charge but yet made a difference still for extra battery left so I wouldn't have to charge up during the day. HOWEVER!!!!! I was ECSTATIC to see that once the iPhone SE 3 had been out on the market for a bit ?. the iphone Mohpie juice pack air battery case was once again made available. Since my SE 2 needed to be upgraded I got the SE3 and immediately ordered the Mophie juice air pack. The SE 3 is all I needed for my use and having the juice pack air available again made me a " Happy Camper' again. Zagg and Mophie PLEASE KEEP MAKING THE INCREDIBLE 'Juice pack air' product. Nothing on the market can match this. Plus with people still owning and using iPhones 7, 8 SE 2 and now SE 3 we will still be needing to purchase the juice air pack for a couple years more yet. You know people have scoured the internet for any that were left after you stopped making them.

I need to contact support about warranty. I have poor audio connecting to Apple CarPlay and charging using a cord is picky depending on which micro USB cord that I use. The juice pack air that I bought 2 years ago did not have these problems.

I have been looking for a case that also included a insert for a few cards. I trust Zagg with my screen protectors but not so thrilled with the case. When using the phone on a cad mount charger the covers swings back and forth. No way to secure it and see the phone while in a vertical position using a magnet behind the phone. Wish there was a way to hold upward without having to fold back the cover. I hope the fabric lasts. I'm waiting to see if it will separate. It's under warranty so I feel at least protected Last

I had two of the 1st Gen (apparently) juice pack airs. The juice packs finally gave up the ghost so I was thankful I could get two replacements for my iPhone 7s. The difference between the old and new juice packs is that the new juice packs will turn off when the phone is fully charged. In addition, after recharging the new juice packs, they have to be turned on again to start charging the phone. The old juice packs would remain "on" even if the phone was fully charged and also after recharging. A small inconvenience that allows me to keep using my iPhone 7s.

I was disappointed by how loosely the cover fit. Nothing held it in place and you have to have zero cards for it to rest (mostly) flat on the screen.
