Loved it

I also have the Apple MagSafe battery pack which of course works perfectly every time. Got this one and at least half the time I snap it to the iPhone 12 pro, it doesn't start charging. I have to pop it on and off and wiggle it around a bunch before it will charge. I don't understand why this would be. It's like the coil isn't strong enough for the phone to detect it reliably or something. Also I feel like it doesn't stick as securely as the Apple one; it's much more wiggly. Sometimes I just end up plugging the phone into it instead of using MagSafe. Good price and it's nice that you can charge things via usb-c but you get what you pay for in terms of reliability.

Does what it is supposed to at a decent price

They sent the wrong item. I ordered the juice pack mini for iPhone 14 plus max and they sent one that says compatible with 12/13 and not compatible with 13 pro.
I reached out to the email messaging service since there is no phone number to call. Sent the pictures of the item ordered and the item received. And they have never responded. Only an email to rate my order and sales emails. Very disappointing I want the correct item.

Charges as it should

It comes in handy and it's convenient using no wires to charge a phone, but it's a bit heavy, isn't super speedy to recharge, and my phone did overheat in my bike bag-the phone hadn't done this when not charging-while using it. 
Not sure just too hot that particular day or a longer bike ride

I put the magnet on my phone and the pack didn't charge it. Idk if it's bc i have a magnet on my phone already but yea no luck

Didn't work

This battery pack's magnetic attachment doesn't work well (battery packs comes off very easily.) It slips off when you're trying to hold the phone. The battery pack also covers up part of the camera with an 14 pro. Poor design all the way around.

I need to return this because of my iPhone 13 promax was at 20%. I had a fully charged juice pack and it didn't even get it to 70%. I've tried three or four different times and it will not charge a full battery from 10 to 20 of the up to 80% even

I never got my order it was making its way to my house and all of the sudden it said returning to seller and I try contacting the company because I really wanted the item but they just send my money back and that was it I wanted the item they never send it back to me really disappointed in this company

Never got my order

This thing gets hot! I have an iPhone 11 Pro and it charged my almost dead phone to like 35% and still had a bit of juice left. It was a very slow charge and it got pretty hot as it charged. Other than that, it worked! Make sure you have a case it can charge through!

Great addition if you are on a trip and away from a charging station. Can charge not only your IPhone but any device with a USB-C plug!

Extra Battery Life

I like this because it's compact, lightweight and will hold a charge longer than most and it just connects via the magnet so I do f need a cable

The Juice Pack works well but doesn't provide a significant additional charge. Doesn't really keep my phone charged as well as I expected it too.

Good magsafe power bank

First product I have received from Zagg that was not great. The battery pack is too long and partially covers the camera causing a haze on the pictures so you need to remove the battery pack to take pictures. The sales picture does not look like it really is, unless maybe an iPhone 14 plus was used for the advertisement. I still gave it three stars because it does stay attached well, and it does charge quickly and lasts long.

Battery doesn't stick strongly enough to iPhone. And really not enough juice, about half of a full charge.
