Not what I wanted

Not what I thought it was. I thought it was a cordless portable charger and it is not. I was looking for a back up for my other one in case of power outages, but this one requires a cord and will do me no good. Unfortunately, it cost almost as much to send it back as it did for what it cost. So I'm not sure it's worth it.

Mind of its own.

Hard time charging it. Plugged in to 2 different working chargers, reliability of it actually charging so far has been 50/50. The experience of trying to warranty the unit has been non existent with communication. Have previously owned an older unit from this brand and it worked flawlessly.

Poor customer service

I cannot rate this product properly because since November 10th I am awaiting fulfillment and shipment to me with not way to contact a human either by phone or email.
