Great little unit

I purchased two for several reasons: identical lights for copying documents, main and fill light for nature close-ups, and ceiling bounce for people. Their small size is extremely handy. They're ready in about 5 seconds the first time and faster for subsequent flashes. Indoors I can set the flash on my digital SLR to as little as 1/128th power (manual) and they always fire, so virtually all the light is from the slaves. Of course they don't work with TTL auto flash because they are triggered too early. They seem durable but it's just too early to know about their long-term reliability. They are 1/10 the price and 1/5 the size of name-brand wireless slaves. Highly recommended if you can get by with manual exposure slaves.

Good - fun to use

I'll have to get the one for digital cameras next.
