Building on the success of its predecessor, the Mondo Matrix II, the Mondo III introduces optional addressable duplex capability and a host of performance improvements. This new feature enables digital signage applications to gather individual display data and metrics, while also offering independent control over each display. The Mondo III is not only reliable but also future-proof, with the ability to upgrade and add inputs and outputs in increments of 16. It supports an impressive maximum configuration of 256x512 and is compatible with all MultiView products, enabling the extension of 1920x1200 video, stereo audio, and serial signals over a range of up to 2000ft/609m. Programming and controlling the Mondo III is a breeze, thanks to its onboard touchscreen, compatibility with Windows HyperTerminal, Magenta's Mondo Matrix Control Software, and third-party control systems like AMX or Crestron. The Mondo III also offers the option to integrate video inputs directly into the switch, eliminating the need for separate MultiView transmitters. The Mondo III comes with a host of upgrades, including front-panel indicator lights for easy status checks on power supplies, fans, filters, and temperature. It also features a replaceable air filter, two DB9 serial connections, true redundant power supplies, and a new backlit 2x16 character LCD to assist in configuration and diagnostics. With the Mondo III, you can enjoy full matrix switching and UTP extension of HD-video, stereo audio, and serial signals.
