I got a larger one I have on my wall last summer and this is a nice addition and sits on a shelf by my bed and is nice to look at while reading in bed. Well made, attractive and practical. So much better than those old slideshow picture frames from years ago. Plus if you're a member you have access to all the ancient art of antiquity and motion art and they have some good ones. Five stars on this creation.

I would love to give a good review for this frame but I haven't seen mine work yet. There are issues with the frame registration and I've been trying to get Netgear to help me set it up but their customer service has been very unhelpful. I'm disappointed and hope to enjoy the frame if I ever get it up and running.

I've owned this for 1 year. I do not pay the monthly subscription because I only use this to display personal photos. Cons: NO USB or SD card slots! User can upload multiple photos at one time but must remove them one at a time which is very time consuming. Uploaded photos are not loaded in any particular order when uploading multiple at a time. 4GB max storage which is not enough especially when using high quality large photo files. This Con could be completely resolved by having a USB or SD card slot in the back. The uploading/removing photos process is so painful that I am considering buying a different photo frame and just gifting this frame to someone who doesn't change the photos on display as much as me. Pros: No glare on screen. We have our frame in the kitchen which gets a lot of light and there has never been a glare on the screen (similar to museum glass on non-digital framed art. Colors are true to what is seen in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Aspect ratio is perfect for the landscape photos that I shoot. Border of frame is a matte grey which is neutral and I love that.

I was very pleased with the Meural wifi photo frame. It took me 15-20 minutes to get it turned on and pictures uploaded to it making it an easy process. I did have some trouble getting it to connect to wifi at first, but after a quick perusal of the instructions online I was able to get it working. This is very much an app based photo frame. There are hundreds or more of pictures in the app that you can download for a membership, but there are also several pictures in the sampler that you can get for free. I really like leaving it on with all the different artwork that pops up and with a simple gesture, you can read about the artwork/photo as well. That's a pretty great feature I haven't seen in other digital frames. The quality of the pictures themselves are superb; the matte screen does not have glare so the pictures look crisp on the screen. You can change pictures with just a single gesture and through the app can add your own pictures. You can change the settings very easily through the app to make the pictures fit to the screen, vertical/horizontal layout, have borders etc. It's very user friendly and easy to use. I really liked that you can use the app or the website to download photos so you aren't restricted. This frame can absolutely be enjoyed even without a subscription to the art membership. However, I did have a couple of cons about the frame. One was that there was no printed user manual enclosed with the frame. There was a quick start guide, but that had very basic instructions. I had to go to the Meural website in order to get the downloadable instruction manual. This isn't too big of an issue, but I do like to have a printed manual on hand. Another thing that is bothersome is the sensitivity of the gesture sensor. I have to gesture multiple times for it pick up. This can get frustrating and is the only reason I had to take off a star. It eventually does pick up, but it takes 4-5 gestures. Overall, I definitely would recommend this frame. It's got many features that are innovative and easy to use. However, there do need to be some improvements on the gesturing feature; if that's fixed, this would be the perfect digital photo frame.

It?s hard to get excited about a digital photo screen, but this screen is awesome. The first thing is the app. Nicely done and easy to upload my photos into albums. Then I can schedule the time to view them. Second, the screen itself is a matte finish. No fingers prints when you touch the screen, which you will. No glare. The controls on the frame are easy to use, however a little slow. But once you get use to it is fine. I use it to got back a photo or get info about the photo. The frame will only display Portrait in the vertical position and landscape in the horizontalI position, so no photos get cut off. The only problem is you have to choose, but you can change it on the fly. I like the integrated museum art. I do not have a membership right now - I will later. But there is a good variety of free art. By the way this was a gift for my wife - I had our wedding photos digitized and now she can see them anytime - and the prints are safe in the album. This is a great product.

Very nice display and quality, how ever software needs work, pictures load up, not in full screen, has white border at top and bottom of picture and then snap into full display, this needs attention, other wise excellent product

This is a high-end product that is more than a digital frame. The actual frame is high quality and attractive and can be placed on a table or hung on a wall. My initial thought was to hang it, yet the cord would be hanging from the frame to the outlet which is not appealing! This is important to keep in mind if your plans are to display any art (requires a costly subscription, it might be best to have an outlet installed so the cord is not visible. There were not many set up instructions provided and the app and how to use the frame was not instinctive. It was easy to upload pictures, but you must create an album of the photos you want on your phone; you can?t pick and choose from the app. The app will only let you choose premade albums. I found this to be a poorly implemented feature of this product. However, it does hold a lot of pictures. Additionally, using gestures to control the menu settings and switching photos works inconsistently. It is frustrating and my daughter has been using the app instead. The photo quality is impressive. It has full 1080 HD resolution. I felt as if I were in the photo being displayed! I like the ability to choose the speed that pictures appear, and my daughter has her favorite travel photos displaying every 10 seconds. Two of my favorite features are the auto-orientation feature which effortlessly switches between horizontal and vertical photos and being able to set the frame to turn off automatically when the lights are off and turn on automatically when the lights are on. Overall, all it?s a solid frame that displays stunning snapshots. It has the potential to be much better and user friendly. Possibly an improvement with the app can correct several of its imperfections.

I got this for a Christmas present from my husband and I absolutely love the quality of the photos on the screen. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because I am having some trouble with the app and it not working at all times for me. I think I just need to play around with it some more.

A really nice product aesthetically with great image quality. The software is pretty darn good too. I must admit that there are some features that could be improved upon with respect to the software and app...but then again almost all of the picture frame software have reviews that say the same thing. Overall very impressed. The nice thing about the setup is that future enhancements on the software will be automatically included through the app and web interface.

Love this product. It is high quality, easy to set up, and a very stylish, unique addition. The resolution is extremely impressive and I receive comments from almost everyone visiting the house that they love it. It gives my apartment more of a modern feel without going overboard.

We already owned a couple of of the larger Canvas II wall frames which are excellent and perform very well. Even though I think this frame is a little too pricey, I got the smaller WiFi Photo frame because I was so impressed with the larger frames. While the WiFi Photo frame is impressive, sharing the same features as the Canvas II frames, it did not reproduce colors as accurately or vividly as the larger models. Specifically, the reds where off in color and appeared more orange than red. It is mostly the fact I can view them side by side that this is noticeable. Without knowing exactly what the colors ?should? look like, it would be hard to tell you where not getting the best representation of your photos. With that said, I would still highly recommend this frame, especially when you add the art subscription.

The Meural WiFi photo frame is sturdy and the screen is really nice. Picture quality is so great and is a beautiful way to display our photos. I like that I can sync my phone albums and that the photos show up automatically on the frame !

My take is that Netgear wants you to subscribe to their works of art program. With no ability to get photos into the device except through the Meural app which is quirky and cannot handle trying to load several pictures at once. I have over 1000 pictures on a thumb drive playing on my Nix photo frame. It would take an eternity to load them into Meural if it even had the memory capacity to do so (is it 4 gig or 8 gig but very limited. Trying to reach customer service was a joke so I gave up and returned the device which hopefully can be used by some art lover!

My living room is so much better now. It has become the centerpiece. Its beautiful. The perfect size. Can easily see the pictures it displays. You can make playlists and all through the app. ! Its lovely ! Very much worth it. Would recommend.

Two Christmases ago my partner and I gave a Meural as our gift. It has been one of the most fun and educational and delightful purchases ever. We have personal photos on it, fabulous art and its always changing. Moving art is stupendous. We have learned so much about art and expanded our range of art enjoyment. I cannot recommend it more highly.
