I bought this pack in medium for my Canon 5D Mark II with the 24-105 kit lens. The camera fits, but I had to remove the dividers and put the camera in sideways and it fits in there nicely with no room to spare. The camera will not fit vertically as I had hoped with the lens attached. I put the dividers in the bottom of the bag on one side to support the lens. That's all that will fit in the main compartment. The small front and top zippered compartments will hold a couple of filters and other small items. It's a bit bulky and sags as a waist pack, but the shoulder strap makes it functional. The compression straps are useless (they don't pull the pack up and in at all). It is well padded, so I think my camera is well protected in there.
