Shopper : do you have to have a chip to download music ?ANDREA J : No, but don't try to mess with it in Itunes. Just open the drive on your desktop and drag and drop music. Itunes doesn't seem to handle it well.

old software

it works fine for me but it cant do any fast forward or rewind during a track and the touch is not to good either.
