It has a mind of it's own

5 stars when it works properly, I have to disconnect and reconnect frequently. Might of gotten a faulty one.

MSI dock doesn’t work with MSI Laptop

Hooked it to an MSI laptop and it did not reall work. It wasn’t supporting multiple monitors. No clue what the issue is with it. Instructions for use are lacking.

Great product if worked as described

The docking station works for the triple monitor setup that I was hoping for. Unfortunately the rear USB ports and the front audio port do not work. The Front USB port works fine. I even upgraded the firmware per the MSI website instruction but no change in behavior. I am working with MSI to get an RMA but so far I am still working the issue. I hope it is a hardware issue because it is the right solution for me otherwise.
