Overall we are very happy with this product. However, we needed two HDMI ports and one on the unit does not work so we had to buy a converter for one of our devices in order to plug it into a different port.

Trident X Plus

As a busy engineer, I can especially appreciate this machine's design over one I build myself. Relieving me of the hassle to gather parts, fuss with drivers, and just generally suffer from hiccups. I am actually very DIY in person, but MSI has done me quite the favor here.

This is a 4.75 star review because there's something with the USB hardware or drivers. I had a data stream application that glitches out now, and I think it's something to do with the silly VR USB C controller stuff. The exact same software/hardware configuration worked on my previous MSI box.

The box is sleek, powerful, and as with all things MSI extremely versatile. A billion USB ports is how it should be! The 2080 and i9 are incredibly powerful, and as an avid ffmpeg user I can fully appreciate the performance increases.

Highly recommended.
