Almost perfect. 4 1/2 stars.

This is a very good bag. It has a very premium feel and materials used are top-notch. It is rather huge, wherein lies it's only fault (IMHO), for all the size there is a lack of compartments, what it does it does well, but for all that real estate it has, i would expect a bit more. This shouldn't keep you from purchasing this bag i believe it will serve me well.

This case provides protection for your laptop and storage galore. I has many pockets with and without zippers. I love this as I have room for everything I need. Purse, wallet, phone, cords, food, bottles and everything including a 12" tablet, this just can't be beat.

Surprised at high quality!

I got this backpack as a bonus for my laptop purchase and I was more than pleasantly surprised with how nice it is. I think it’s nicer than any other backpack I’ve ever owned! Really good materials, really well organized, straps feel strong, tight and secure. Great laptop storage in the form of a backpack!

Alright.

It's fine. Functionally it does what it's supposed to do, but it's clunky and I'd prefer not to advertise I have several thousand dollars of MSI products on my back. I would not pay $100+ for this bag, but as a free add-on to a laptop purchase I can't really complain.
